Professor George Whitfield Andrews, director of the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, gives an organ recital at Memorial Chapel. Waldo Hilary Dunn, a Sophomore at Wooster, historical novel "The Vanished Empire A Tale of the Mound Builders" is set to be published by a Cincinnati publishing house. Wooster is set to host over one hundred members of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. Governor McKinley chooses the Carnation as Ohio's state flower. A report says Marcus A. Hanna, chairman of the Republican National Committee Junior Senator from Ohio, is dying at a Washington hotel. Over a hundred men and women gathered in Hoover Cottage to honor to St. Valentine. Additionally, Professor F.H. Kirkpatrick gives and interpretive reading based on J.M. Barrie's The Little Minister at the Miles Avenue Christian Church of Cleveland.

This edition of the voice is written by the women of Hoover Cottage - the first female dormitory at the College of Wooster.
The college presents the Second Annual Minstrel Show to students and citizens of Wooster. The issue includes a program from said show. Wooster faculty grants permission for the basket ball team to make a trip to play Westminster and Grove City College. George Sherwood Eddy, seven years engaged in Y.M.C.A work in India, addresses the Student Christian Associations. Additionally, the issue includes a lengthy piece details the travels of Miss Gertrude Gingrich.
