Abstract

This study presents a critical understanding of the application of internal self-determination. Offering a different explanation for the its failure from previous research. Developing and applying a theoretical model on case study of internal self-determination in Ethiopia. The results present the complicated nature of internal self-determination, agreement with theoretical predications and significant improvements over previous efforts. The work presented here as profound implication for future studies of internal self-determination federalism in Africa and solve the answer of over centralization governmental regime in Africa.
