Description
This edition of the Wooster Magazine was published in the summer of 2008. The magazine opens with an article by Mary Neagoy '83, the Outgoing President of the Alumni Board. Jack Russell, Chuck Hurst and Bill Scott have retired. A Neuroscience major is being added this fall. Three alumni were awarded the Distinquished Allumni Award during alumni weekend: Katharine Doob Sakenfeld '61, Dr. Gary Reichard '65, and Dr. Alpha Alexander '76. Highlights from alumni weekend are on page eight. Seven student who studied far from Wooster for their Independent Study are featured from page ten to page twenty-one. The inauguration of President Grant Cornwell is highlighted from page twenty-two to twenty-seven.
