Abstract
Major League Baseball is one of the most prominent sports leagues in North America. Virtually every element of the sport can be captured in the form of data. Player breakouts occur when a player significantly improves their year-to-year performance. Using various analytical techniques, we hope to predict these player breakouts using a wide variety of data in order to find MLB’s next superstar.
