Abstract
This study seeks for how to apply digital projections in theatre, specifically in The College of Wooster’s Fall 2016 production, Arthur Miller’s The Crucible. This study investigates how new technologies have forced designers to think differently and how theatre creates meanings using visual elements on stage. This project answers how to use digital projections in theatre space based on the historical and theoretical analysis and personal experiences on designing digital projections for The Crucible. The design concepts, process, and reflections are explained throughout the study.
