Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the knowledge that audiologists in The United States of America have regarding the treatment of patients with tinnitus, including military veterans and active duty military personnel. A secondary purpose was to investigate the knowledge that audiologists have regarding the treatment of military personnel who suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in addition to tinnitus. In order to conduct this study, survey methodology was utilized and distributed to a population sample of audiologists within the U.S.
