Description
This edition of the Wooster Voice, published on November 1 of 1996, is sixteen pages long. The first page heads with an article regarding the thirty students who protested about the Waste Technologies Institute incinerator in front of the Ohio statehouse on October 26. On Monday, four professors analyzed the new welfare reform plan. Stevenson Hall voted against the extension of non-residential access hours. Two Guerrilla Girls spoke at the chapel on Tuesday about "The Conscience of The Artworld." Nicole Dodds has resigned as the Index's editor-in-chief due to the lack of interest from the study body. Page twelve gives the radio station's daily schedule for the fall semester. The athletics section is from page thirteen to sixteen.
