This issue of the Wooster Voice features a scathing critique of: "Radical Criticism," the belief that the bible may not be literally true and infallible, student, faculty and alumni updates, and a $600,000 (~$15,000,000 in 2017 dollars) endowment for the College. Page 2 continues the piece criticizing Radical Criticism, continued personal updates, and advertisement. Page 3 is the sports section. Page 4 contains a piece arguing the Synod should endow Wooster with a pension fund from the alumni. Page 5 contains alumni updates. Page 6 continues the endowment story from page 1, debate club updates, and a piece reflecting on the death of Dr. Scovel. Page 7 consists of letters to the editor from alumni who were asked to reflect on their college experiences. Page 8 contains a piece reviewing a musical performance at Wooster.

In this issue of the Wooster Voice, there is an article detailing the history of Chinese students in America, specifically the history of Dr. Yung Wing, a Chinese national brought to America by a missionary who became the first Chinese Yale graduate in the 1840s. Additionally, a story detailing Orrville High School's victory in a debate tournament is discussed, not without a mention of an irregularity costing Wooster High School their spot in the tournament. Later on, the bylaws and Constitution of the Wooster "W" society are laid out, an organization which grants its members the right to wear a "W" based on their academic and personal conduct.

The bulk of this issue of the Wooster Voice is taken up by a piece describing the German Empire by Dr. Milton Vance based on his travels in Europe. The political system, especially with respect to religion and its effect on societal structures is analyzed. Other sections in this paper report on the basketball team. There is a report on the lectures of the YMCA and YWCA which held a discussion on "Christian Manhood" and "Is Christ a reality" respectively. An article on page four is titled The Ideal Girl. Page five is dedicated to alumni updates.

This issue of the Wooster Voice contains a piece by Rev. Dr. T. K. Davis, describing his understanding of the role God should play in the part of a young person's life. The paper also contains a description of a Persian Shia ceremony in Tehran in 1910 commemorating the life of "martyrs" Hosein and Hassan. The participants slashed their heads with knives and danced in white robes stained by blood bleeding from their self inflicted head wounds, and dance in a circle. This report is given by Henri Behoteguy Jr, who witnessed the event. Several Greek parties and visits are also reported on in this issue.

This bulk of this issue of the Wooster Voice contains a piece by Dr. J Lawrence Erb, who describes missionary work in New York City, the poverty experienced their by the lower classes, and the abundance of educated workers working low class jobs. Page 5 contains an article decrying Darwin's theory of evolution and arguing for the primacy of the Bible which is continued on Page 8. There are several updates on various members of the Wooster Alumni, a few party descriptions, and the weekly YMCA and YWCA meetings which detailed the visit of a guest lecturer CEO and a discussion of: "Are you doing your best?" respectively.

Page 5 contains a description of a wedding between Adelia Annat and Edward Shupe. The Alumni Page contains several bullet points about life events for specific alumni. Page 7 is a description of Wooster during the 1880s when military drills at the school were common. A basketball game between Wooster and Kenyon is also described.

Ricksecker, Former Editor of Voice Secures Fine Position," Mr. Ricksecker was elected superintendent of township schools near Youngstown, Ohio. "Death of Rev. F. M. Wood," is about Rev. Francis M. Wood passing away. The basketball schedule is featured. "A Comment," is a piece about the disturbances at the Union Seminary.

The edition begins with an account of a trip to Africa by a Wooster student. One article reports the third place win of Wooster student J.W. Reeves, at the Ohio Oratorical Contest of the Intercollegiate Peace Association. There is a recap of a debate between Oberlin and Wooster, in which it was decided Wooster won. This issue discusses an upcoming play presented by the Willard Literary Society. Additionally, 20 female students at the college became sick after a group of male students put oil into the milk of the girls dormitory as a prank.
