This edition of the Wooster Voice includes an article titled Recent Discoveries which covers a lecture that was given at the Memorial Chapel earlier that week. Another article recounts the highlights of the event that Beta Theta Pi hosted for its friends at its house on College Avenue. There is also an article describing the heroic efforts of two seniors who put out a fire at Severance Hall before any significant damage was done. Later in the paper, an article describes the Inter-class Banquet that was held in Kauke Hall for Freshmen and Juniors, and interfered with by alleged Seniors and Sophomores. Another article talks about the book published by a Wooster alum, class of '82 on foreign travel. Towards the end of the newspaper, an article presents the unofficial program for Commencement week to give the students an idea of the events of the week. Advertisements from local businesses are distributed throughout the newspaper, specifically targeting students as the primary audience.
