This edition of the Wooster Voice includes an article detailing the highlights of the outdoor track meet preliminary to the intercollegiate meet. It was won by the Sophomore class of the University. Another article describes Wooster alum class of '98's wedding in Dumaguete, the first American wedding to have taken place in this province. An article in this paper discusses the unofficial announcement of graduating honors made by the faculty and awarded to two seniors. A section titled Among the Exchanges, lists a variety of interesting intercollegiate interactions and collaborations taking place across the country. Similarly, the University Calendar lists all the upcoming events, lectures and sports games. Advertisements from local businesses fill up the last few pages of this newspaper, leaving room for only a single column per page.
