Abstract
This podcast explains the roles and expectations of white women in 1780-1800 in the United States. Women in colonial America were not expected to be educated but to be perfect wives, mothers and housekeepers. Throughout the podcast, I explored these different themes as well as the "what if?" factor of educating women during this time period. Enjoy!
