Abstract
This podcast discusses Thomas Jefferson's contradictory life. A very opinionated man with many ideas, he was an anti-slavery activist and advocated black liberty. However, Jefferson believed blacks to be inferior to whites and owned slaves. Interestingly, he also had a relationship with one of his female slaves.
