THE POSITION OF THE COMMON MAN UNDER DEMOCRACY, FACISM, COMMUNISM
A discussion of the ordinary man’s position under various kinds of government necessarily deals with the rights and privileges, the-oretical and actual, which the state grants him. For the two are vir-tually synonamous. To learn these rights, we must inquire both as to the nature of these syaytems, and the manner in which they are practiced by the states which have adopted them.
