Description

The video begins with "The ABCs of Education", with Roger Ramseyer. The Professor of Education provides some insight into the Public Education discussion, and the challenges facing education today (money and student behavior). Then, Michelle Johnson, professor and head of the Comm Department, talks about the study of Communications at the college. Next, the director and conductor of the Wooster Symphony Orchestra, Jeffrey Lindberg, discusses the orchestra and the tradition of the ensemble in Ohio. Next, Brenda Meese, coach of the field hockey team, discusses the success of the team and the tradition the sport has at the college. Lastly, President R. Stanton Hales provides some reflections.
