Description
The video begins with Lisa Kastor of Career Services offering students some practical advice about entering the job market. The following section follows Professor Ansley Valentine, a theater professor, and his interesting talent of puppeteering. Then, a professor of Chemistry who writes murder mysteries, Professor Paul Gaus, is writing Ohio Amish Mysteries in his spare time. Next, twin sisters Julia and Alanna Tryder play a beautiful Scottish piece on their violins that reminds students, staff, and faculty of the college's Scottish heritage. Finally, the video ends with reflections from President R. Stanton Hales. President Hales describes the importance and uniqueness of the college.
