Description
The women's soccer team performs exceptionally, with an eleven game winning streak. Chemistry, biology, and molecular biology professor Paul Edmiston receives a $136,269 grant from the National Science Foundation to continue his study of Osorb, a substance he previously discovered while conducting an unrelated study. One students describes her experience meeting former US Poet Laureate Rita Dove, while Dove was on campus to present in Gault Recital Hall.The Center for Diversity and Engagement opens in Babcock Hall.
