Description
This edition of the College of Wooster's student run newspaper was published January 25 of 2008 and it is eight pages long. The results of the Moot Court national competition are highlighted on the first page. The Men's Basketball Team played two games on Saturday and those results are detailed on the first page as well. A new scholarship is being instilled for the LGBT community (including allies): John Plummer Memorial Scholarship for Promoting a Welcoming Campus. Judith Green spoke on Tuesday as a part of the Great Decisions lecture series. Katie Foulds wrote an article that is featured on page three regarding hazing and how it is not just limited to Greek groups. One student's experience abroad in India is on page four. An article about Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is on page five. The current exhibition at the College of Wooster Art Museum is the Five Colleges of Ohio. Athletic updates for the past week are highlighted on pages seven and eight.
