Description

This edition of the College of Wooster's student run newspaper was published on August 31 of 2007, and it is eight pages long. The first page beings with an article about Wooster's new president, Dr. Grant Cornwell. The Faculty at Large lecture series will kick off on September 18 with presentations given by Jeffrey Lantis, Marina Mangubi and Marilyn Loveless. The Convocation for Wooster's 138th year was held on Tuesday, and a reflection of the Convocation is on page two. The Writing Center space was renovated over the summer. Construction on what will be the college's newest dorm building, Gault Manor, began the week after graduation and is well underway. Pages seven and eight give the athletic updates for this new semester and school year.
