Description
Wooster upperclassmen nominate six contestants for May Queen. The theme for the annual Week of Prayer is "Christianity as a Choice." Two Wooster students are journeying via freighter ship to explore eastern countries, from Iran to India, with their first stop being Egypt. Two articles explore current British politics, as well as the possibility of and methods of dealing with - a third world war. A meeting discusses a possible joint operation of the college radio station by the speech department and the Student Senate. Carol Jean Ross, Wooster sophomore, wins oratorical contest at Denison University. Additionally, the issue advertises the Men's Glee Club tour.
