Professor of Religion and former dean at the College of Wooster, Dr. James Milton Vance, passed away. Wooster welcomes 15 new staff members to the campus. Additionally, the Voice offers some words to start off the new academic year. A freshman directory will be available for approximately $1.40 a copy. An article about the for-comings of the Independent Study is on the second page. The student directory should be available for $.30 by October 14.
