Description
The headline of this edition is "Navy V-5 Unit Leaves Campus after Three Years of Training." As the second semester begins, 150 plus men will be returning from war and enrolling at Wooster, brings the number of enrolled students to 875. Additionally, the paper includes a political cartoon entitled "Are There Two Roads to Democracy?" that depicts the Japanese rather negatively while also making a commentary on U.S. government. Don Shaw was elected President Pro Tem of Student Senate. The college cage results are featured. Phi Sigma Iota celebrates twenty years at Wooster with a banquet.
