This issue details the Peace Association meeting, a pre-WWI movement seeking to end wars and a pet project of Dr. Scovel. It also contains advertising articles for the debate team as well as the Forensics team. The Wayne County Fair is also discussed at length, and Alumni updates are presented. Wooster's first football game of the season. There is also a corrective article to the article "Rough House" appearing in the previous issue.
