Description
The beginning of this issue features a poem and several short pieces dedicated to the memory of Abraham Lincoln. "A Most Pleasing Entertainment," is a report on the performance of orator Katharine Ridgeway. In "The Preliminary Oratorical Contest," the schedule for the contest is featured. "Holden-Hoover Part," is about how Holden Hall entertained Hoover Cottage at a winter picnic. In "Woosterites Meet," former Wooster students hosted a smoker at the University Club of Cleveland.
