Abstract

This project involves oil paintings that serve as windows into dream-like worlds such as those in Surrealist works. Inspiration for many of them came from Exquisite Corpse sentences gathered from children, but eventually the works broke away from the confines of the sentences and relied only on imagination. There is an emphasis on child-like imagination and play.
