This edition of the College of Wooster’s Voice, begins with an article on the ethics of Gaplin Hall and administration's financial practices. Campus Council’s Inter-Section Council (ISC) proposes new “Hell Week” guidelines that students worry will eliminate all Hell Week activities. Additionally, on page three there is a story about India’s caste systems and the racial prejudice to come out of it.
