This edition of the Wooster Voice from January 31, 2003, is twelve pages long. The cost of a year long parking pass has raised from $20 to $150 for the 2003-2004 school year. The "Working for Recycling" activism group held an information session which informed the public that by cutting 22 paid job, they would need 76 volunteers to keep the program running.
