Description

This is the Wooster Voice from February of 2011. The front page of this edition of the newspaper includes a large article about a snow day. Following an intense winter storm that left all of campus encased in a thick layer of ice, the first snow day in decades was called for the college. Students took advantage of the day off, enjoying the icy weather to the best of their abilities. An article on page two discusses the ineffectiveness of aphrodisiacs. Because of the extensive focus on IS, students are hardly able to focus on post-Wooster plans (i.e. grad school, jobs, etc.). There is a small piece regarding the reusable mug program. The pages that follow include an article about an anti-abortion group, an article about the inefficiency of aphrodisiacs, security briefs, student viewpoints and student Valentines on page five. The athletic updates for the past week are highlighted on pages seven and eight of this edition.
