Description
US President Bush declared a ceasefire, stating that "Kuwait Is liberated; Iraq's army is defeated. Our military objectives are met." The Voice reflects on students opinion of the Gulf War and the ceasefire. Campus begins drug awareness week with a mocktail contest. Students running for Student Government Association (SGA) positions campaign as they prepare for upcoming elections on campus.
