Description
This issue of the Wooster Voice is the first of the academic year 1974-1975. It features a piece detailing the passage of Title IX and its effects on Wooster's policy, and details on the Class of 1978. Page 2 features an opinion piece criticizing the cafeteria for its inability to cope with the increased student population, and music reviews. Page 3 features a film review and a report on the Black Student Organization and its plans for the year. Page 4 features a report on plans to increase cafeteria service, and a proposal being considered in the Student Government Association to provide members of the Student Government Association with a salary. Page 5 features a report on a speech by the college president. Pages 6-7 are the sports section. Page 8 consists of continued articles and advertisements.
