Description
This issue of the Wooster Voice features a visit to the college by a socialist activist calling for gay liberation under socialism in the United States. Also featured on page 1 is a piece warning of the limits of detente between the Soviet Union and the United States, and a vote to reject the previously approved quarter schedule after student backlash. Page 2 features a series of opinion pieces mocking the previous week's opinion piece opining that Campus Council had been infiltrated by Wooster's socialist People's Party. Page 3 contains film review, a call for more student charity work and awareness, and a report on Wooster's Urban Studies students. Page 4 contains a report on an upcoming reverend visit. Page 5 contains theatre criticism and reprinting of pieces of previous Wooster Voices. Pages 6-7 are the sports section, an page 8 is a continued article.
