Description
An article on the first page discusses the Grand Jury that occurred in Ravenna about the Kent State University riots. Last week, Canada took a turn for the worse. The Front for the Liberation of Quebec kidnapped and killed Labor Minister Pierre Laporte because they wanted the 23 prisoners back. Activist Angela Davis was arrested for murder and kidnap and an anonymous warning was sent that a NYC police officer will be killed everyday until she is released. The College of Wooster was placed on athletic probation on October 14, excluding the Fighting Scot basketball team from the Ohio Conference postseason tournament.
