This issue of the Wooster Voice features a report on the ratification of a proposal to allow smoking in a lounge, a report on a Nigerian exchange student at Wooster, and a renewal of the Fisk University-Wooster Student Exchange Program. Page 2 features a report on laws passed in Georgia with the intent of resisting segregation, a letter from the Presbyterian Scholars responding to criticism published in the previous edition of the Wooster Voice of their letter.
