Description
This is the October 27th, 1967 edition of of the Wooster Voice, a student run newspaper published at the College of Wooster. This issue headlines the participation of sixty Wooster students in a protest in Washington DC against the Vietnam War. The SGA had provided funding for transportation for interested students. Also featured is an update on the construction of Lowry Center, and an upcoming Wooster intercollegiate colloquium on Latin America. Page 2 features a report detailing why the Wooster Voice has made the editorial choices it has in the past few weeks. Also featured is a report on the protests in Washington DC from one of the Wooster attendees. Page 3 features a piece advertising an upcoming Wooster choir performance, a report on Oceanography advances, and general campus club updates. Pages 4-5 are the sports section, and page 6 consists of continued articles and advertisements.
