Description

This is the October 13th, 1967 edition of of the Wooster Voice, a student run newspaper published at the College of Wooster. This issue headlines an advice column urging readers to "Do your own thing" in order to lead a more fulfilled life. Also featured is a planned march against the Vietnam War in Washington DC, an interview piece with a new Indian Wooster Professor, Dr. Yoga Ahuja, and an interview with a Dr. James Robinson, director of an African charity organization. Page 2 is mostly taken up by an editorial on the significance of the architecture of campus buildings, in particular the significance of the Wooster Chapel. Also featured is a call for student participation in choosing the next Wooster President, and a piece detailing the debate over a proposed change in Wooster's scheduling. Page 3 features a piece about Dr. J. Drushal's charity work, a painting by a Wooster faculty member, and general campus updates. Pages 4-5 are the sports section. Page 6 features a piece detailing a student's study abroad experience in India.
