This edition of the Wooster Voice includes a detailed article by a Professor describing the trip taken by him along with some students to the Alban lake. Another article described the highlights of the preliminary oratorical concert that took place at the Memorial Chapel the previous week, with Wingert emerging as the winner. Interestingly, the markings of the judge were also included at the bottom of the article, with each judge’s score included and the total tallied. This edition also includes an article describing the process through which the new debate team was chosen, and includes the names of those selected. A section is dedicated to the Editorial, as was common during this time period, that discussed the completion of the new University Library. Later in the paper, the section dedicated to Social included upcoming events being hosted by the fraternities, as well as the highlights of interesting events that had taken place that past week. Advertisements from local businesses filled the last two pages of this newspaper.
