Description
This edition includes an article early on that speaks highly of libraries and librarians in education. There is a memorial for Archie Taylor, the son of former Wooster president Archibald Alexander Edward Taylor. The younger Taylor, a member of the previous year's graduating class, died suddenly from "typhoid-malarial fever". The author recaps U.S. President Harrison, Speaker Reed, Major McKinley, and former Governor Alger visiting Wooster. The Major McKinley referred to in this article, is William McKinley, who would later become the twenty-fifth president of the country. Organizations highlighted include Y.W.C.A. and Willard Literary Society. Adds are included at the end of the edition.
