Description
How To Do It, To Which Is Added How To Live, is split into two major sections, and also multiple chapters that act as a guide to advise readers for public and private life. The book is aimed primarily at women, and covers subjects from loneliness to children. The first section of the book is titled, "How To Do It." The chapters of this section range from "How to Talk" and "How to Write," to "Habits in Church" and "Life With Children." There were many similar books and guides created during this period for the purpose of teaching women "proper" etiquette and social habits. The second section of the book is titled, "How To Live."
