Dear Mrs. Davis:

I wrote you in my last letter that I would probably be seeing Bob in a few days if I was lucky. Well I was lucky and am now enjoying a swell . I got here Tuesday night and will return tonight (Friday). It sure has been swell to see Bob again often nearly a year and a half. We have spent many hours hashing over all that went between. I’ll write again later with more details. Bob + I just want to write this joint note.
